One-Year Limited Warranty

Opnet International manufactures its systems from parts and components that are new in accordance with industry-standard practices. Opnet International uses industry recognized quality components in our systems. Opnet International warrants that the computer systems it manufactures will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty term is one year beginning on the date of invoice, as further described below. The warranty is nontransferable.

This warranty does not cover damage due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, servicing not authorized by Opnet International, usage not in accordance with product instructions, failure to perform required preventive maintenance, and problems caused by use of parts and components not supplied by Opnet International.

This warranty does not cover any items that are in one or more of the following categories: software; speakers; external devices; accessories or parts added to a Opnet International system after the system is shipped from Opnet International; accessories or parts furnished by Customer for inclusion into new system; Monitors, keyboards, and mice that are included on Opnet International’s signed system quote list are covered under this warranty; all other monitors, keyboards, and mice are not covered.

ALL Printers (Cannon/HP/Lexmark) carry a three (3) mths. warranty. All warranty issues concerning HP Printers are honored by HP DIRECT. Customers are advised to contact HP at the following toll free number Tel. 1-800-711-2884. concerning printers within the 3 mths warranty period. If not able to do so Opnet will assist in obtaining warranty for customer through necessary procedures.

All monitors sold by Opnet International carry a one (1) year warranty effective from the date manufactured.

Opnet International will repair or replace products found to be defective in material or workmanship. To request warranty service, you must call Opnet International within the warranty period. A Opnet International Technician will determine by phone if warranty service is necessary. If warranty service is required, Opnet International requires that the computer system or CPU be brought instore for inspection by an Opnet Technician before authorization of parts replacement/repairs be done.

Onsite* visits for diagnosis will incur a $150.00 service per hr or any part thereof.

NOTE: Before you schedule an onsite warranty call, back up the data on the hard-disk drive(s) and any other storage device(s) in the product(s). Remove any removable media, such as diskettes, CDs, or PC Cards. If you have any questions, call Opnet International for clients assistance. Opnet International will not be held liable for any loss of information/data during repairs to any customers computers. If customers request that data should be backed up by an Opnet service technician a service fee will be implied.

Opnet International owns all parts removed from repaired products. Opnet International uses new parts made by various manufacturers in performing warranty repairs and building replacement products. If Opnet International repairs or replaces a product, its warranty term is not extended. These provisions apply to Opnet International’s one-year limited warranty only.

AFTER WARRENTY PERIOD

Customers a free to call in even after warranty is up on any product purchased form Opnet International for clients assistance. Our help & support team are always willing and at your disposal concerning issues dealing with our products. Opnet International will warranty only the work performed and parts used in the process of repair for a period of 90 days from the time the work is done. Opnet International will not be responsible for damages as a result of customer mishandling, negligence, problems with electrical power and abuse.
